550 °F to 1100 °F+ Coatings

Industrial combustion and process equipment operating at elevated temperatures can also face thermal cycling, moisture, and corrosive byproducts that accelerate coating degradation.

For these demanding applications, Forrest recommends a high temperature primer and topcoat system designed to provide corrosion protection, adhesion, and durability for boilers, cyclones, exhaust systems, regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs), and other high-heat equipment.

This two-coat system combines 54H050 high temperature primer for corrosion protection and adhesion with 62H290 modified silicone topcoat for durable performance at sustained temperatures up to 1100 °F.

A silicone epoxy co-polymer high-temperature primer designed to give excellent corrosion resistance in ambient or high temperature conditions up to 1100 ° F (593 °C).
