Ambient to 400 °F Coatings

Not every part of an industrial system operates at extreme temperatures. Structural components, material handling equipment, support systems, and other surfaces may operate below 400 °F while still facing moisture, corrosive byproducts, outdoor exposure, and routine wear.

For these applications, Forrest recommends a two-coat primer and topcoat system designed to provide corrosion protection, durability, and a long-lasting industrial finish.

This two-coat system combines 216P Primer for corrosion protection and adhesion with a 214E Series alkyd enamel topcoat for a durable, attractive finish in interior and exterior environments.

A phenolic-modified alkyd universal primer formulated for corrosion protection and adhesion under a variety of industrial topcoats.
