At the  grand opening FORREST Technical Coatings hosted Trainer Rodger Talbert for an advanced powder coating training in Eugene, Oregon.

This one-day training provided designs with job shop and OEM applicators in mind and provided an detailed overview of effective powder coating methods and problems.

ABOUT THE TRAINER: Forrest Powder Trainer Talbert

Rodger Talbert is a nationally recognized trainer and consultant with over forty years of diverse experience in the rapidly changing field of powder coatings application and technology. He most recently served as Technical Director and then Executive Director of the Powder Coating Institute (PCI), a national non-profit that delivers technical education to powder coaters and promotes the powder coating industry. Rodger’s roles prior to PCI included leading sales and marketing teams for industry players, as well as a fifteen year independent consulting career, in which he partnered with clients to develop successful powder operations. Since his departure from PCI in 2012, Rodger has continued to serve as a technical expert, consultant, trainer, and mentor for powder coaters nationwide.
